PRG was founded in 1998 by J. Michael Edwards, MBA, who has worked
in the energy industry since 1988. He sold energy commodities, and
developed private power generation plants and energy services projects
to natural gas distributors, electric utilities, and corporations. In seeking
candidates to fill his business development teams, he found a lack of
headhunting expertise in the energy field. He drew on his expertise and
formed PRG.

Today, PRG has grown to four offices and has placed hundreds of
qualified candidates with the industry's biggest names. PRG fills a wide
range of position in the energy industry.
